Refund policy
All sales are final except where otherwise required by law or where KDUBTCG made an error in fulfilling your order.
Rip & Ship Orders
Products purchased for Rip & Ship are opened live on stream at the customer's request. By purchasing a Rip & Ship product, you authorize KDUBTCG to open the purchased product on your behalf.
Once a product has been opened, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded based on the contents of the product.
Trading card products contain randomized contents. KDUBTCG does not guarantee any specific card, rarity, pull, card value, or financial return from any sealed or opened product.
Manufacturer-related variations or imperfections, including print quality, centering, surface condition, edges, corners, or other card-condition issues, are not grounds for a return or refund unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations
If you purchase a Rip & Ship product and wish to cancel, you must contact us before the product has been opened or otherwise processed. Once opening has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Because live orders may be processed shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before opening begins.
Sealed Products
Sealed trading card products are generally final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on changes in market value, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with randomized contents.
If you receive an incorrect product or there is another fulfillment error attributable to KDUBTCG, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If your order is damaged in transit, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and photographs of the shipment and contents when applicable.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Live Stream Attendance
Customers do not need to remain present in the livestream for their order to be valid. If a Rip & Ship order is reached while the customer is not present, KDUBTCG may open the purchased product on the customer's behalf in accordance with the order.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the refund results from an error attributable to KDUBTCG or where otherwise required by law.
